Application Instructions:
Industrial Heat Press: Set temperature at 325-400 degrees and press for 15-20 seconds, depending on the heat press and garment you are using. Conventional Home Iron: Set temperature at 4-5 or Medium and apply iron for 15 seconds using moderate pressure...moving the iron around like you are ironing clothes so not to scorch them.
